i really love this review site. the writer is very honest in their opinions while still remaining objective and unbiased. they sprinkle their personality into their writing (notably the occasional spelling mistakes that remind you these were written by a real human being) which gives a very personalised and welcoming feel. the writing is technical and professional but in a way that still caters to readers that do not understand musical jargon (like myself. i know absolutely nothing about production or mixing or whatever but these emails are the highlight of my week). they never miss a week and put so much heart into what they do, and that really shows. it's also almost exclusively small bands so if that's what ur looking for, look no further! honestly i could write about this site for hours, it's so good, but why don't you check it out for yourself instead?
