okay everyone, gonna start this off with an apology. this weeks song is not out yet. but it's okay. whether intentionally or not, we've been given a preview link and y'know what? we're gonna use it because when i say this song is a banger i mean. bang. boom. kerchow, this hits, hits hard and lasts for a while. allow me to introduce you to cosmorat and their song cool down.

what i liked! :)
so, first off the story telling elements in this song are so much fun. the intro with the phone call thing that bleeds into the opening riff via a quickening bleep? genius. the outro with the like 60s tv elements? so good. second of all, the level of detail in this songs writing is so much fun. everything from the drums echoing the energy and ideas of the vocals to the backing vocals that add just a little bit of mischevious energy? oh it's so good. and when that chorus jumps in? and it's high energy and fun? yes, yes, yes

getting big wet leg energy from this one, not quite as tounge in cheek but definitely up there.
should you listen to more?
i think these dudes are gonna be big. im gonna come out and say it. we've had some real successes in that department here on a single song review, and hopefully, we'll have another!

beautifully composed and detailed, and it just builds in element after element! beautiful.
high energy and whimsical, with some gorgeous vocals to boot, which is what i want rn!
this is the kind of bouncy track that leaves you thinking and bopping in equal measure
