i’ll be real wiht you gang. i’ve been getting real cosy lately. i am absolutely obsessed with the hot chocolate machine at work, and i’ve been really obsessed with this cute mug i found that i was like man, this is a cool mug. then after a few days of use, i overheard 2 of the cooler kids in the office complaining loudly about spomeone using their mug, it had stars on it, and some shithead was using it all the time. i looked down at the cool mug to see the moon emblazened on it, and thought phew, not me, thank god. well, then they saw it and went hey that’s mine, and turned it round to show the stars. i’d been using someone elses cool cup. now look, tha’ts possibly the most domestic story you’ve heard in the last 24 - 48 hours, but you know what else? my lil hot chocolate in someone elses fancy mug tasted so so good. so in the spirit of cosy, meet matthew minter and his song, a winters tale, a perfect accompanyment to the cosy spirit of the szn.
